Ingredients
- 2 cans of Albacore Tuna
- 2 pickled JalapeƱos (diced)
- 1 celery stalk (diced)
- 1/2 red onion (diced)
- 1/4 c chopped walnuts
- 1/4 c dried cranberries
- 1/4 c chopped cilantro
- 3 Tbsp homemade Mayo*
- 1 Tbsp dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp of dried mustard (optional)
- pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
